A complete interior renovation program covering a mix of 1/1, 2/2, 3/2, and Loft units, executed with a structured scope, trained crews, and verified field oversight.
Scope of Work Completed:
- Removed existing countertops, reconfigured layouts, and installed new granite countertops
- Replaced all kitchen sinks and faucets
- Installed a full subway-tile backsplash throughout all kitchens
- Replaced all lighting fixtures (corrected to “fixtures”)
- Painted all walls, ceilings, and trim with a clean, uniform finish
- Replaced all flooring, including carpet in bedrooms and laminate in living areas and kitchens
