Chris Harrison is a third generation Orlando native with over 20 years of experience in the central Florida real estate and construction market. He is a state certified building contractor that possesses a lifelong passion for all things real estate. Throughout his career, Chris has diversified his entrepreneurial ventures. He has successfully designed, built and implemented numerous real estate projects from inception to completion.
Chris Harrison, Vice President
Alex Kontos, a Florida State University Graduate and Florida Licensed Realtor, began his career by founding Preferred Touch Services, Inc., an apartment renovation company that was responsible for the successful renovation of over 20,000 units. After 10 years of successfully managing this company and working with some of the foremost property management companies, Alex co-founded Hawk Construction & Renovation, LLC in order to expand his brand into real estate development and new construction.
Clara Fermin, COO
Clara Fermin joined the Hawk Construction & Renovation team in 2015 and has been instrumental in building the company to where it is today. She brought many years of experience in operations management, human resources and technology driven systems in a variety of industries that enable her to dissect problems, tangible or intangible in order to drive results. With the help of the management team, Clara has dedicated a lot of time to creating company policies, workflows and employee relations that all align with the company’s vision and core values. Clara is a Florida Licensed Realtor with a passion for home improvements, real estate development and interior design so working with the team has been a fun and creative outlet.
Troy Filley, VP of New Construction
Troy Filley, an Orlando native, is a state certified building contractor. He has over 20 years of experience in various areas of horizontal and vertical construction, including underground utilities, custom home building, and multi-family construction. After operating his family owned construction company for 12 years, he merged companies with Hawk Construction & Renovation, LLC to help expand the growth and reach of Hawk in the development and construction industry.
